United in Pink Messaging Terms & Conditions

United in Pink, Inc. (hereinafter, "United in Pink," "We," "Us," "Our") is offering a text messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Messaging Terms and Conditions, and our and Messaging Privacy Policy. By opting into or participating in the Program, you accept and agree to these Messaging Terms and Conditions.

  1. Opt In to Receive Text Messages. You agree to receive recurring text messages from United in Pink, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when you completed a Patient Referral Form, or any other number that you designate. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  2. Opt Out. You can cancel at any time by texting “STOP.” You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt out.
  3. Program Description: Patients that opt into the Program can expect to receive check-in texts when they are in active treatment as part of United in Pink’s care management protocol, and reminder messages regarding United in Pink’s monthly programming thereafter.
  4. Message Frequency, Cost and Changes. Message and data rates may apply. You agree to receive messages periodically at Our discretion. Message frequency will vary based on the care plan We undertake on your behalf. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. We also reserve the right to change the short code or phone number from which Our messages are sent.
  5. Support Instructions. For support regarding the Program, text "HELP" to the number you received messages from or email us at info@unitedinpink.org.
  6. Our Disclaimers. The Program may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your wireless carrier. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported. We will not be liable for any delays, failures in delivery, or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Our control. United in Pink, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages. Your participation in the Program is at your own risk, and we provide the Program on an “as-is” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
